Terms & Conditions: The Great British Experience competition

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.

Opening/closing date & time:

Prize Draw opens for entries on Thursday 29th May. Prize Draw closes for entries on Thursday 12th June. Entries received outside this period will be void and will not be eligible to win any prize.

Prize:

Two General Admission to the 2025 British Grand Prix for Sunday 6th July 2025. All prizes are subject to availability. Transport and accommodation is not included in this prize, only entry to the event. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

A Michelin-starred tasting menu for two at The Black Swan at Oldstead, complete with our Experimental & Adventurous wine pairing (or non-alcoholic alternative), plus an overnight stay with bed and breakfast in one of our luxury rooms. Transport is not included, and any additional food or drink ordered during your visit will be payable on departure. Discretionary service not included and is added to the final bill on the day. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a vegan diet. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

How to enter & cost of entry:

Entry into the prize draw will take place on Friday 13th June. Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines. There is no cash alternative. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to agree to these terms and conditions and the Silverstone General Competition Terms and The Black Swan Terms & Conditions.

Winner selection & contact:

The draw will take place after the 13/06/2025 for all entries submitted before the closing date, winners will not be announced any earlier than 14/06/2025 and no later than 24/06/2025. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. The prize is time sensitive, and the winner will be contacted after the closing date and will be sent a message in accordance with Terms and Conditions. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Unclaimed Prizes

If the winner does not respond to the prize notification and claim their prize within 48 hours of being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize. In such cases, the prize will be offered to an alternative entrant selected in accordance with the original promotion criteria.
