Epoch - A Private Dining Experience

Introducing ‘Epoch’; a sensory exploration of seasonal gastronomy in an exclusive, immersive private dining experience at the Black Swan at Oldstead.

Available for 5-8 guests, join us in our private dining room for an exciting journey through the current season; combining produce from our fields and hedgerows into a purposefully designed epicurean adventure of exceptional food and drink, curated by Tommy Banks and head chef Callum Leslie.

Defined by our three growing groups – The Hunger Gap, Time of Abundance and Preserving Season, Epoch comprises a seasonal tasting menu with paired wine in our private dining room, followed by an optional overnight stay in one of our garden bedrooms and breakfast the following morning.
