This year, as The Black Swan at Oldstead celebrates 20 years, we are raising a glass to a relationship that has been part of the restaurant’s story for almost as long.
From 1st August until the end of December 2026, The Black Swan will pour Pol Roger Vinothèque Brut Vintage 2006; a rare release from one of Champagne’s most esteemed Houses. Available only at The Black Swan (at the time of release), the vintage can be enjoyed by the glass, by the bottle or as part of our specially curated 2006 Wine Flight, offering guests the opportunity to experience this exceptional Champagne alongside the flavours of Oldstead.
A vintage with meaning
There is something particularly fitting about sharing a 2006 vintage during our 20th anniversary year.
