This autumn and winter, discover the very best of Oldstead with our Signature Stay overnight experience. Begin your stay with an unforgettable evening at the Michelin-starred Black Swan Oldstead, dining from our Tasting Menu with a thoughtfully curated Adventurous wine flight, designed to complement each course.
Retreat afterwards to one of our luxurious rooms for a peaceful night in the heart of the North Yorkshire countryside. The following morning, enjoy a hearty Oldstead breakfast before taking a little of the experience home with you, with a beautifully presented hamper from our sister company, Made In Oldstead, filled with treats inspired by the flavours and landscape of Oldstead.
The Oldstead Signature Stay package is available for stays from Tuesday to Friday throughout October, November and January, subject to availability and is priced at £895.

Terms & Conditions
The package is available for stays from Tuesday to Friday throughout October, November and January, subject to availability. The rate is based on two guests sharing a room. You must go to the exact date you wish to book for this experience to show availability. The Adventurous wine flight can be replaced with our soft pairing alternative. Any additional drinks or extras are not included in the package price. We require a £300 per room per night deposit to secure the booking. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival the deposit payment would be lost unless we were able to relet the booking. For cancellations outside of the 14 days we would refund the deposit minus a £10 admin fee.
Dine at The Black Swan Oldstead
The Black Swan is a 1 Michelin-star, a Michelin Green Star and 4 AA Rosette restaurant with rooms by chef Tommy Banks.
Experience a tasting menu that is inspired by the ingredients that we grow and forage ourselves in and around Oldstead. The tasting menu is priced at £195 per person for dinner and £135 per person for Saturday lunch.
Stay at The Black Swan Oldstead
We offer 1 night stays Tuesday - Saturday which include the tasting menu, overnight stay and breakfast in one of our nine beautiful rooms. When The Black Swan rooms are full we offer our packages at our sister site, The Abbey Inn at Byland (located 1 mile away). Please note The Abbey Inn is closed on a Tuesday and Wednesday; check in would be at The Black Swan on both these days.
We also offer 2 night packages arriving on a Saturday or Monday only. Guests will enjoy our tasting menu on Saturday/Tuesday and can experience our sister restaurant, The Abbey Inn, on the Sunday/Monday.
