Callum Leslie through to Great British Menu Finals 2025
We’re incredibly proud to share that our Executive Chef Callum Leslie is competing on this year’s Great British Menu, representing the North East and Yorkshire. You can watch him creating dishes inspired by great northern people in history such as Huddersfield born Suffragette Dora Thewlis and British Explorer Captain Cook who was born in Marton, North Yorkshire. After a solid week of incredible competition against some of the best chefs in the region, Callum came out victorious, getting through to finals week to compete to hopefully get a dish to the banquet.
