Terms & Conditions
A deposit of £100.00 per room per night is payable at the time booking, with the balance due on departure. We welcome payment by cheque, debit card and cash or if you would like to pay by credit card we make a charge of 2.5%. A booking once accepted is a legal commitment. In the event of a cancellation more than twenty eight days before the arrival date we will refund the deposit and retain a £50 administration charge. In the event of a cancellation less than twenty eight days before the arrival date we will keep the whole deposit. In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance. We reserve the right to charge for any damage caused by guests. Children are welcome over ten years old. No smoking or pets in the rooms.
